The search and selection procedure consists of a few stages:

THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
We search our extensive database of Candidate profiles to find prospective Candidates, and simultaneously we place job advertisements on the Internet and in the press. Furthermore, our consultants often take advantage of their knowledge of particular job market areas and look there for potential Candidates.

CANDIDATE SELECTION
The consultancy group MOST WANTED! conducts professional selection of Candidates based on the analysis of their profiles in accordance with client criteria. Once a selection of profiles have been chosen MOST WANTED! will stage interviews with the selected Candidates to evaluate their knowledge of foreign languages and check references given by previous employers.
Furthermore, Candidates may also be interviewed by industry professionals and undergo certified psychological tests.

CANDIDATE PRESENTATION

The final stage of the contracted recruitment process is the presentation of selected candidates.
MOST WANTED! will produce a written report for each selected candidate including all relevant information gathered from the Candidates stipulated in the client agreement.
From our comprehensive selection process we guarantee that the required position will be filled successfully and if the worst will happen MOST WANTED! services come complete with a warrantee period - MOST WANTED! shall conducted the recruitment procedure once again and provide the right person for the post under consideration.
