How to find an employee with the help of MOST WANTED!
The co-operation with MOST WANTED! will not only help you to find a right Candidate. We use professional techniques and methods, we develop and search for new staffing solutions and guarantee that all activities are under control and therefore effective. We approach each and every Client individually and adjust to their needs and requirements, ensuring that all information received thereof is understood as confidential. First stage To start with, we determine in detail the needs and requirement of our Client. A MOST WANTED! consultant prepares a job description (including: scope of responsibility ascribed to the position in question, its positioning in the company’s structure, tasks and duties) as well as the Candidate’s Profile in which the following are taken into account: • education, • skills, • professional experience, • desired personality, • capability to work on the particular position. In following stage of the project there is concluded a consulting agreement on personnel search and selection specifying the terms and conditions of co-operation, including: • Object of agreement, • Time schedule for the service, • Candidates search methods, • Candidates selection methods, • Guarantees, • Compensation for services, • Confidentiality clause regarding all information about the company rendered by the Client, as well as about Candidates presented to the Client, • Candidate’s Profile constituting an attachment to this agreement. Each project is run, monitored and supervised by one Consultant, who regularly informs the Client about the progress in works. Next, the actual search and selection process is being conducted. Having received an official order from the Client confirmed by concluding the consulting agreement, the MOST WANTED consultants proceed to the fundamental stage of the project i.e. to the Candidates search and selection. Dependant on the scope of the contracted service, we recruit Candidates with the use of the following methods: • Search MOST WANTED! Database, • Placing advertisement of the internet site www.mostwanted.pl, • Advertisement in internet services, • Recruitment advertisement in regional or national press, trade and professional press, • Search directly in the target firm group, • Consultants’ own sources. After the search phase has been completed we carry out the professional selection of Candidates. The search and selection methods are agreed individually with each Client as they are tailored to the particular needs of each company. The last but one stage of the process is presenting to the Client between 2 and 5 Candidates for the position in question selected throughout the procedure conducted in accordance with the expectations and requirements specified by the Client. The last stage is the approval of one of the Candidates by the Client i.e. by concluding with them an employment contract or letter of intention. The services provided by MOST WANTED! are guaranteed. The guarantee period depends on the position the search and selection process regarded.
